File Naming for IO Modules

## = Node
?? = Group ( Always zeros for standard Allen Bradley I/O
$$ = Module (First module is zero for Flex I/O / First module is one for ArmorPoint I/O)

CSV File format
Line 1 = Type of I/O (Flex I/O, GuardPoint I/O, etc)
Line 2 = Module Model or Part Number
Line 3 = Description of Module (Please limit number of characters for proper display)
Line 4 = Number of I/O to read.  Current limit is 16.
Lines 5 through 20 = I/O Points 0-15 with data as described below

I/O Point Data Format
column 1 = Tag Name
column 2 = Three exclamation marks.  If these characters are omitted, the Wonderware program will not properly separate the line into two separate message tags.
column 3 = Description for I/O tag (limit description for proper display)
